Return Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Otherwise we cannot offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and obtaining tracking information as Orma Collection is not responsible for lost or missing returns.

All Orma Collection items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags. Any damaged item that has signs of use or does not conform to Orma Collection's return policy will be rejected and the item will be returned at the customer's expense.
All white items are final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
If your return package contains at least one item with biohazardous waste (bodily fluids, etc.), our inspection team must stop inspection of the package immediately and reject the entire return, without exceptions. We will contact you regarding this and discard the items.


Orma Collection guarantees that your clothing will be free of manufacturing defects for the first 30 days as long as you follow the care instructions.

If you believe you have received a defective product, before returning it, please email us an image of the defect and your order number for our production team to review. We will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not accept return requests submitted via Facebook/Instagram.


If you contact us about possible damage/defects on your item(s) after 30 days from the date of purchase, the item(s) will be considered "wear and tear" and will not be eligible for assessment

By placing an order with Orma Collection, the customer acknowledges and accepts all of our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.

Refund

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Next, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected.

Sale items

Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes

Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style, if available. Otherwise you will receive a refund (original shipping costs not included)


Shipment

Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If shipping an item over $75, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.

We reserve the right to define and limit, reject and/or reject customer returns at any time.
